This witty screenplay takes an enjoyable look at the pitfalls and pleasures of the business world as seen through the eyes of Susan, the manager of a team of nincompoops. Many of the realities of the workplace are right there, including performance management reviews, office hookups, asking for a pay raise and team building. Ella, a four-foot roommate livens the screenplay and creates many interesting happenstances for Susan. But Susan has a project to lead with this haphazard team and who knows if it will be completed?
